I'm an Asian American therapist based in New Jersey. My work focuses on anxiety, grief, and trauma: moments that rearrange who a person is and how they move through the world.

The perspective I offer is rooted in a strengths-based and culturally attuned lens, infused with whimsy, compassion, and imagery.

My practice is built on a model of radical honesty and collaborative exploration. Sessions are a dedicated time for processing without the performance.
